Postpartum Support
“I’ve observed more challenges with breastfeeding, adrenal fatigue, and thyroid problems among mothers who pushed too fast, too soon and didn’t allow adequate time to truly recover.” ~ Lily Nichols, “Real Food for Pregnancy”
Whether you are in need of emotional support, nourishment or just want someone to clean the toilet already, hiring help for the postpartum can be the difference between good and bad mental health. Perhaps you are a single mother, your partner travels for work, or the needs of your other kids are preventing you from truly resting. Regardless of what brings you to the place of needing hired help, you won’t regret it.
